Please get in touch if you are interested and we will start taking payments soon.
About the veg box scheme CSA
In 2020, we’re offering a weekly veg box for up to 60 people and families living and working within 20 miles of our farm. It is packed full of seasonal veg, fruit and salad grown by us on Blackhaugh Community Farm and will run from June to November. You can pick up from the farm, from pick-up points in Blairgowrie and Birnam or we offer home delivery for an additional fee. The veg boxes are offered as a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) share. CSAs support farmers to produce quality local food and builds connection between people and their food. Read our FAQ for more details about CSA. |

FAQ
What about holidays?
We account for everyone to be away for 2 weeks of the season. If you will be away for longer than this then we ask that you arrange for a friend to pick up your box for you.
What if I want to stop?
Upfront payment greatly supports us, and we hope you stick with us for the season. However, you can withdraw if necessary. There will be a cancellation charge of £20 to reflect admin fees.
How do I sign up?
Please contact us by email / phone or by filling out our form before June with what options you would like. We’ll then send you more info and an invoice, and once payment is received, we will send you an email to confirm details. Contact us: hello@taybankgrowerscoop.com - 07919 274 028 - www.taybankgrowerscoop.com
What if I don't want courgettes?
If you pick up from our farm you get to pack your own box and you get some choice which things go in your box. For example you can choose a small cabbage, take two portions of carrots and no tomatoes. For pre-packed boxes from pickup-points it is difficult for us to individually tailor each veg box so we will only make allowances for allergies
Where do the veggies come from?
All the contents of your veg box will come from our farm grown by our fair hands. Come and see in person!

What is a CSA?
Community supported agriculture (CSA) is a partnership between farmers and consumers in which the responsibilities, risks and rewards of farming are shared, increasing the transparency and sustainability of our food system.
For us this means that our box scheme customers pay up front for a share in the harvest, either at the beginning of the year, or in instalments. This gives us some level of security, which helps us manage the uncertainties we might experience over the growing season, from droughts to slug invasions.
In return, you have the opportunity to be directly involved with our farm through workdays, social events, and our AGM where you can help make decisions about what and how we grow. AND, you get a weekly veg box full of fresh, local produce grown solely on our farm!
